Welcome to LED Sign (the "App"). The App is developed and operated by Reddash ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these terms carefully before downloading, installing, or using the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is also subject to the Apple Standard App Store License Agreement (Licensed Application End User License Agreement). These terms are additional agreements. In case of any conflict with the Apple agreement, the terms more favorable to you shall prevail.

1. Scope of License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. This license is for personal and non-commercial use only, unless you have obtained separate written authorization.

2. Pro In-App Purchase

The App follows a Freemium model. Pro features are unlocked via a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (Product ID: app.reddash.dotled.pro_lifetime). Once unlocked, it is valid permanently with no auto-renewal, and can be re-acquired on any device under the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" function.

Pricing is subject to the App Store checkout page. All purchases, refunds, and disputes are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms. We do not assume independent refund obligations. If you believe a payment error has occurred, please appeal to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. What You Can Do

Use all free features of the App on supported iOS devices;
Use all paid features of the App after purchasing the Pro unlock;
Save your own text inputs, colors, and configurations as local presets for personal use.

4. What You Cannot Do

Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, reverse assemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code in any way;
Bypass, remove, or tamper with any payment verification, purchase credentials, or digital rights management mechanisms;
Sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise provide the App or its components to any third party;
Use the App to publish content that violates the laws and regulations of your country/region, or content that infringes upon the rights of others.

5. Content Responsibility

The App is used to display text entered by you. You are solely responsible for the legality and compliance of the content displayed. We do not collect, store, or review the text you enter locally. Any disputes, compensation, or legal liabilities arising from the content you display using the App shall be borne by you.

6. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of the App itself and its interface, icons, fonts, code, design, and other elements belong to Reddash and are protected by copyright laws and relevant international treaties. These terms only grant you a license to "use" the App and do not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no express or implied warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, defect-free, absolutely accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date. If the updates involve significant changes, we will notify you within the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke this authorization without notice if you seriously violate these terms. You may also terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections 4, 5, 6, and 7 remain effective after termination.

10. Governing Law

The interpretation of these terms and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without excluding the rights you enjoy as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country/region of residence.
